The procedure

The procedure

Initially, the dietitian will discuss your health issues and map your daily routine regarding meals, kind of food you consume and your physical activities, and eventual shortages thereof, as well as the medication you may use. In accordance, you will receive a personal advice how to adjust and/or improve your diet and practical tips how to achieve it.

A consultation with the dietitian does not require GP’s recommendation, it is desirable though. Costs for three hours of consultations are covered by your basic health insurance.
