We try to provide best possible service, yet we are aware there is always room for improvement. Complaints & suggestions can be send via e-mail to Wouter Bus, Medical Practice Manager at bus@hapdemakroon.nl.

We would highly appreciate to notify us of any complaint you may have and we will do our upmost to solve the issue.
Would you for any reason find difficult or unpleasant to discuss the issue with us, please contact an independent and unbiased complaints official who will, together with you, look into it and try to find a solution or will offer a mediation. Any discussion with such official is strictly confidential. The contact may be done either via SKGE website or by phone 088 0229190.
In case that the issue, after discussing it with GP and/or complaint official, is still not solved to your satisfaction, you can file your complaint in front the arbitration committee. This independent body consists of a chairman (lawyer) and the members who act on behalf of the patients and general practitioners respectively. The committee’s secretary is also a lawyer.
The verdict of the arbitration committee is binding. You can find more information in the folders placed in our practice’s waiting area or on www.skge.nl.
